Day 3: Explore Postojna Caves and Predjama Castle

Today begins with a visit to the Postojna Cave. Hop on the electric train, the world’s first railway in an underground cave, for a ride through 14 miles of stunning ice formations developed over centuries. When the train drops you off, continue on foot through meandering pathways and tunnels to explore extraordinarily shaped natural columns and pillars. Proceed to witness the steady dripping of water along the dazzling white curves of the stalagmite known as ‘Brilliant.’ Take a tour of the Concert Hall, the largest inside a cave system, where live performances are held regularly. Day 4: Travel to Lake Bled and Hike in Vintgar Gorge

Today, you’ll leave Ljubljana and continue to Bled, where you’ll enjoy a scenic boat ride on the stunning lake. As you glide across the emerald-green waters, take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding Julian Alps and the charming island with its iconic church. Don’t miss the chance to visit the historic Bled Castle, perched high on a cliff and offering panoramic vistas of the lake and the town below. After soaking in the serene beauty of Bled, you’ll embark on an easy 3-hour hike through the breathtaking Vintgar Gorge.
